TERMS OF SERVICEPayment
Payments are done through Paypal or Ko-fi. Payment plans are available, rates differ between projects and payed weekly or monthly.
If payments are missed without a viable reasoning (crisis or external effects), a fee of $50CAD a week is added.Refunds
Allowance of refunds ends at 50% of project completion.
Completed projects are not subject to refunds. Free alterations can be made within reason if you are not satisfied (ONLY before shipping).
If I decide to cancel the project, a refund will be made for time worked, as long as the products completion at the time is below 50%.
Percentages are automatically calculated and are displayed on the appropriate Trello to view at your convenience.
Materials are only subject to a 30% refund.
First payments for plans cannot be refunded. Following payment plans may be refunded up to 50%.Repairs & Warranty for Physical Items
Warranty is 4 months. Extended warranty is available upon payed request. Any repairs can be done, unless I determine it is not able to be recovered.
If you need repairs and the warranty has ended, the fee is 30% of the base material cost for the required repair.
Shipping for repairs is covered by the buyer.
First maintenance is free, shipping not included.Design Changes
Design changes with the original base in mind before the project starts are allowed.
Design changes before the specific item has been made are allowed, unless there is a change to the original base.
I do NOT do major design changes after I have completed items.Deadlines and Completion Dates
I do suits, accessories, and illustrations on deadlines at request. There may be an additional fee depending on how tight the crunch is. If you fail to respond to time sensitive updates regarding the product and the date passes with no response, I will consider this a violation of the terms and the service will go in the queue based on when the commission request was received. This is not applicable for refund.
1 Month minimum is required for a deadline to be set for a project. Some exceptions may be made to smaller items.
Due to episodic flare style of chronic illness, if you do not specify any required date for obtaining the finished product, there is no estimate I am able to make for turnaround; if you wish for a refund, I will be able to provide it only if within the policies available to read here.Sizing
For full suits, duck-tape dummies are mandatory.
For partials, full partials, single items, and accessories, sizing is done based on measurements. Please make sure you have something to measure with if you choose the such desired option.
Measurement specifics are subject to the project requirements.
If the item doesn't fit, I will pay to have it shipped back to make adjustments.Age
The minimum age for orders or customs is 18 years old.
If you are an adult paying and facilitating the communication during the project FOR a minor, please let me know before beginning. I will do only SFW items for younger audiences. Parental or guardian signature is required.Licensed Characters
I will NOT do copy-written characters or accessories.
Taking inspiration from media characters is completely fine, subject to my discretion.
If I discover I have made a project with copyright materials, the progress will end immediately, and you will be reported to the owner of such characters. If the suit is in progress, it is NOT subject to a refund in any form.Privacy
If you commission me, your private info such as your address and name will not be stored or sold to 3rd parties in any way. Your info will only be used to complete and ship your project.
If you wish to keep your project out of my social media, please let me know BEFORE I begin.Agreement
